Trade in for S24U shipped, no updates from Samsung

I shipped my trade in device via FedEx on February 5th. Delivered on February 7th, but I have yet to receive approval for trade in. Is anyone else experiencing the same delay ?

Bought on launch day, and it took a while to get the document to ship my trade-in. Shipped back to Samsung on the 5th of February, and they received it on the 7th of February. It was delivered. I have not heard anything since.

Same thing. Delivered to Samsung on February 6th and no updates to the status or the situation. CS will only tell you to wait .
