Hey, so Samsung emailed me about my trade-in. They're saying they got a different model than the one I sent, but I'm sure I sent the right one.I have sent the 256 GB model.

175 for an s23 seems stupid low..
Even I a bad economy a year old flagship should fetch more than that.

I am still waiting for instructions for return my trade in to samsung. waybill .when can I get it? Any one else?

Never Samsung again. I depise Samsung /Assurant and their tradein and coordination problems. Preodered S24U in Jan online. Applied for trade of myS6 for 450credit. Month later email arrives saying trade in accepted and to send old device. 15mins later email received saying trade in cancelled. 3 months after hounding cust support to reissue tradein offer finally get the offer resent. They ve since indicted trade in value of 0$. many calls telling them i wont send in trade if 0$ offered i drather keep it so asked if my 450 offer could still be respected as origianlly and not my prob if system cancelled my tradein. samsung has since recivered my 450ntax from my credit card. answer i get repeatedly from cust svc is too late now and beyond trade in window. Seems i have had to re explain situation each time i call samsung as the tracking of their case #s is horrible. Now Dec almost 1 yr since initiating this file and samsung cust service managers will not touch this subject or give the standard line "apologues but no can help outside trade offer window"...Just about to get litigation recommemdations as this totally unacceptable and forces a change in my wrong choice of brand loyalty for next time.
