I updated my s23 to UI 6, and immediately since then (yesterday morning), I can no longer connect to any Wifi 6 networks. It seems to be a common issue on canadian networks with this update as I have seen many people online with this issue. I have dealt with support (both ISP and Samsung), and they do not have a fix as of now. Connecting to a 2.4 wifi connection works fine, but my home internet connection is fixed at wifi 6 (cannot be turned off). As far as I (and Samsung Support is aware), there is no way to turn off the automatic connectivity to a Wifi 6 connection if it is available. My ISP does not recommend splitting the network into 2.4 and wifi 6 due to problems it will cause for other devices. The connection issue is that I can connect to Wifi 6 and immediately my phone disconnects, then reconnects, then disconnects, then reconnects continuously, over and over.

Splitting 2.4Ghz and 6Ghz won't cause trouble to other devices. I think your ISP modem might need a new firmware update instead.
I am using S23U and connected to WiFi6 without any problem after OneUI6 upgrade. The only different is I am not using ISP router. I am using Asus router.

Update: Rogers helped me split my internet, but the s23 still reads the 2.4Ghz network as WiFi6. Samsung support did some troubleshooting and sent me to Yorkdale Mall to have the chip in the phone inspected. Will see what happens

Update 2: I went to the Samsung Experience store as instructed by mobile support. They said this problem is common with the UI 6 upgrade, meaning I am out of luck connecting to my internet at home. My only option now is to ask Fido to temporarily give me more data while I wait for a patch from Samsung 😕

No luck. I was told to wait for the next security patch. But there haven't been any since Dec 15th. If it is not resolved by the next security patch, I will have to ask for a resolution to this problem. Fido (my cell provider) gave me extra data in the meantime indefinitely
