Galaxy SHi,
We understand the concerns about the battery percentage being harder to see — this appears to be part of Samsung’s new minimalist design direction in One UI 7.0.
You can try going to Settings > Notifications > Status Bar and toggling “Show battery percentage.”
If visibility is still poor, consider switching to a different theme or enabling High contrast text under Accessibility settings for better clarity.
Regarding the gesture issues with pulling down the notification panel:
Please try enabling One-handed mode or adjusting Touch sensitivity under Settings > Display — this has helped some users with responsiveness.
We hear your feedback clear. Major UI changes like this can often feel like change for the sake of change rather than actual improvement — and that can be frustrating, especially for long-time Galaxy users who value consistency.
We strongly recommend submitting direct feedback via the Samsung Members app. We’ll continue to monitor feedback.
Thanks for sharing your experiences.

Galaxy SI think its great. Especially considering the new folders that allow one touch hits and compressed view.

Galaxy SNope - nothing I use is better. It feels like change for the sake of change.

Galaxy SThe search bar at the bottom renders my device unusable. It places my app icons further away than I want them to be, and makes single handed use of the phone worse. All of their marketing animations show a user with a tiny thumb, who is not even using single handed mode. When I swipe up on the rare occasions where I want to search for something, I don't want to move my thumb all the way across the device immediately after. As for the vertical search of apps, who uses their apps by name, rather than by function. At least scrolling through custom groups of apps is possible horizontally for now. The new S25 I purchased is useless with the search at the bottom, and is being returned to the store. Off to a better android supplier.
