One of the worst update version I have ever experienced by Samsung Galaxy phones. I have been using galaxy since their very first.
Ui 7.0 , you can't even see how many percentage of battery you have left. ( basically is hard to see). Is hard to pull down the menu. The search is at the very bottom now. For years, the search bar is at the top. We are used to it. For what reason are you moving the search bar???
There's no purpose for this update. Is call creating jobs for themselves, creating problems for consumers, for their own fans.

Hi,

We understand the concerns about the battery percentage being harder to see — this appears to be part of Samsung’s new minimalist design direction in One UI 7.0.

You can try going to Settings > Notifications > Status Bar and toggling “Show battery percentage.”
If visibility is still poor, consider switching to a different theme or enabling High contrast text under Accessibility settings for better clarity.

Regarding the gesture issues with pulling down the notification panel:
Please try enabling One-handed mode or adjusting Touch sensitivity under Settings > Display — this has helped some users with responsiveness.

We hear your feedback clear. Major UI changes like this can often feel like change for the sake of change rather than actual improvement — and that can be frustrating, especially for long-time Galaxy users who value consistency.

We strongly recommend submitting direct feedback via the Samsung Members app. We’ll continue to monitor feedback.

Thanks for sharing your experiences.

The reason for moving the search bar is to make it closer to your thumbs... where it should be. Im surprised it took them so long to optimize it.

I think its great. Especially considering the new folders that allow one touch hits and compressed view.

You don't like even one new feature? Nothing? Nada? Zilch? I challenge you to find one good improvement. I see many.

Nope - nothing I use is better. It feels like change for the sake of change.

The search bar at the bottom renders my device unusable. It places my app icons further away than I want them to be, and makes single handed use of the phone worse. All of their marketing animations show a user with a tiny thumb, who is not even using single handed mode. When I swipe up on the rare occasions where I want to search for something, I don't want to move my thumb all the way across the device immediately after. As for the vertical search of apps, who uses their apps by name, rather than by function. At least scrolling through custom groups of apps is possible horizontally for now. The new S25 I purchased is useless with the search at the bottom, and is being returned to the store. Off to a better android supplier.
