Ultra s20 data issue

Hi guys, I use Spotify. when Iam leaving home o work, where I have WiFi connection , and driving (walking away) away from wi fi coverage zone, internet, Spotify, mobile data works for 1-3minutes, and then it stops. I'm trying to open any web site, and it show that I am offline. I need to reboot my cell phone, so I will have data avaliable. I did try do factory reset , and did reset of network settings, did replace simcard, it didn't help. Talked online with Support they told me to do same thing that I've done already, saying its should solved with software Update, but there is no **bleep** for such updates.  Does anyone has such issue? My wife has same Ultra20- 0 issue. Is this smth wrong with hardware or software?

What do you mean by hard reset? Factory reset? Wipe cache partition is just clear temp cache files from partition.

I did factory reset 3 times, I think it clears cache as well?

Well, not much I can say.

-Factory Reset 3x
-Wifi switch to mobile enable
-Network Settings Resetted
-Identical S20 has no problem, this also prove that not carrier problem

The only possible problem is ... your phone hardware? 🤔

The only thing that might causing this problem...could be apps. Have you try factory reset, but not intall all your previos apps? Just test it out without other apps install? The reason is your installed apps are different from your wife. If your wife's phone has zero problem, then leaving 2 possibilties. Apps or the phone hardware.

yes, I did try to use it without any apps, after reset, no luck, maximum what I was a6to get, is to switch between 2 wifi connections and then it dropped again. and I was talking to Samsung they've offered me to send phone to service centere and then..one day..they will make some test...but what I see now, with Virus around it might take couple month, before they will send me back my phone opened, scratched ..etc. to much issues for the phone that costs 2500$ and "0" service...my S8 still in a perfect condition with 0 issues for 2.5 years..don't know what to do!.!..

I believe this is a Spotify issue, had the same thing happen to me and I had to call Spotify tech. They fixed the issue.

Ahhhhh, ok. My apologies, when I read your post I thought the issue was just with Spotify. Hope you can get this resolved soon.

ok, 3 days of test work, so far so good , according to Kel212 advice, did activate mobile data ti be active- all the time. 1 and 2 time it didn't work. I did hard reset, and right after that switched this mode on. and then installed all other apps. 3rd day in a row, so far so good no disconnecting. did check with 3 different wi fi spots. only 1 issue I guess its battery life. and when Iam in wifi , I think it should not use data. this is how it looks like all the time. thanks everyone for help, I hope Samsung will make some decent update to fix this issue
