S25 ultra no data but can make calls

Hi, I just got my s25 ultra and today I could not get data to work. It's telling me I don't have data but I have unlimited. I called my provider and no issue in their end. Swap my Sim to another phone and data works. Is anyone else having this issue? I have a week to return the phone. Is this a known issue? Kindly help.

Try someone else's SIM in your phone?

If your SIM card isn't a recent one, try a new one?

Maybe the SIM tray is finicky?

Try using an eSIM (unless swapping back to a regular SIM would be an issue)?

Factory reset?

Going back to physical Sim is an issue.

I tried my Sim on my s24 and data works, just this phone. I will try another sim.

Try Resetting the Network Settings. 

Go to Settings & Search for "Reset", you don't want to Factory Reset (just yet), But Resetting the Network Settings may resolve the issue?

Older SIMs could also be a problem, however unlikely that may seem.

Did you tru messing around with network operator setting?
Try selecting your provider as opposed to auto.

We are sorry to hear that your Galaxy S25 Ultra experiencing a network configuration issue. Did you try resetting your network settings? Also, please try Manually selecting the network operator this can sometimes resolve connectivity issues. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators and try selecting your carrier manually.
