Galaxy SIf your SIM card isn't a recent one, try a new one?
Maybe the SIM tray is finicky?
Try using an eSIM (unless swapping back to a regular SIM would be an issue)?
Factory reset?

Galaxy STry Resetting the Network Settings.
Go to Settings & Search for "Reset", you don't want to Factory Reset (just yet), But Resetting the Network Settings may resolve the issue?
Older SIMs could also be a problem, however unlikely that may seem.
