Unpausing videos

I've noticed that when I'm on YouTube and I pause a video, the video sometimes unpauses itself and starts playing again. It's really annoying. It happens when there's no device connected and when there's a device connected. Definitely not a Bluetooth issue. Any suggestions on why this is happening?

Try turn of Picture in picture from youtube app. Long pressed on youtube app → click info icon → Turn off Picture in picture

Try to see if the problem still exist.

I had troubleshoot this problem before. One of the member tested seems fix his problem by turn off PIP.

This seemed to have worked. Thanks!! Too bad they haven't fixed this bug as yet.

Not sure why PIP related to unpaused automatically. But seems this is a work around right now. Maybe no one report this bugs to youtube?

This is weird, my S21U has never had this issue, with PIP turned on.

Yep, you did mention in the previous post. But is wierd thou, not sure what trigger it.

However, if any device has this problem, disable PIP fix the unpause problem.

Okay, so the problem still seems to persist. I just wrote a feedback letter to YouTube with my log information.

Unfortunately, I do not have such problem and I cannot reproduce the problem. Hope youtube fix the bugs soon.

Hi, Let's try to perform a clear app cache. From Settings, swipe to and touch the youtube app. Swipe to and touch the youtube app you want to clear. Touch Storage, and then touch Clear cache.
