Samsung has revealed that the Android 8.0 Oreo beta testing program for the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus will end on Friday, Jan. 26 in the US.

Samsung has also released seven Oreo beta builds during the program for both phones.

There’s no word on when the final, non-beta Oreo update will be released for the Galaxy S8 phones.

Sure it takes a while, but at least we do not get issues that forces stopping the rollout, like the Xiaomi Mi A1.
The device is stock from Android One, yet the Oreo final release rollout has been stopped twice yet (still stopped).

agreed, think I'm ready to give up the samsung been with them since the beginning but at this point it's ridiculous how slow and how much they don't don't care. Google pixel might be next phone.

I am frustrated about how long it has taken Samsung to release Oreo. However, Samsung does not run stock android and it needs time to develop, test and improve Oreo along side it's Samsung Experience firmware. It will take time and it is understandable.
