volume keys do not silence all sound controls anymore

i have an s10e that has the latest updates.. Something happened where the volume keys only works to increase or lower the media volume... I used to press the volume keys and could mute or even silence all sounds on the phone.. Now it just manages the media sound levels.... anyone else having this issue? i want to be able to put my phone on vibrate or silence with the volume keys. anyone got a solution?

@rsspnet Please got to settings -Sounds and vibration-Volume-and at the bottom of the page use volume keys for media turns that feature on and off
