Galaxy SS23+, Android 14 ONE UI 6.1.1
I really, really like my phone. It does everything I need very well and the battery life is way more than adequate for the use I put it through.
But I know I'm only using a small fraction of its capabilities and customizations. I do have Good Lock and all its modules installed and have explored most of it (I think), but I'd like to do more. For example, I see all these amazing wallpapers and clock faces on others' homescreens. And I'd love to know more about Routines.
So, what are your favourite functions and, most importantly, how do I set them up? Give me the 'crayon' explanation, please.😃
Thanks!

Galaxy SIf you search on YouTube, there will be videos about setting up routines and other lesser known features. I made a couple of videos on these topics too if you search my name on YouTube, but there's tons of videos to learn from with stuff I don't know either.

Galaxy SHi MichaelW1959,
It’s awesome that you’re looking to dive deeper into the customization options on your Galaxy S23+! Please try some of the functions below and how to set them up:
Wallpapers: Go to Settings > Wallpaper and style. You can choose from your own photos, default wallpapers, or download new ones from the Gallery or Samsung Themes. You can also explore Bing Wallpaper or Earth and Moon for dynamic wallpapers. Once you select a wallpaper, you can set it for your home screen, lock screen, or both.
Clock Faces: For clock faces, you can use the Good Lock app and its LockStar module. Open Good Lock, select LockStar, and you can customize your lock screen clock by changing its style, color, and position. Save your changes, and you’ll have a personalized clock face!
Routines are a great way to automate tasks on your phone. Go to Settings > Advanced features > Bixby Routines. Tap Add Routine.
Add Action: Choose what you want your phone to do (e.g., change sound settings, open apps, adjust brightness). Name your routine and tap Save.
Edge Panel CustomizationGo to Settings > Display > Edge Panel. You can choose different panels (like apps, tasks, or tools) and customize what shows up when you swipe in from the edge.
Widgets: Long press on your home screen, select Widgets, and explore the available options. You can add clocks, calendars, and other app-specific widgets for quick access.
Experiment with these features, and also explore more YouTube videos of Dem_Crumblies_T
Thank you.
