Another attempt of Samsung x Google forced their apps to our premium phones?? I found this whatever app pops up since today. It seems Google trying to take over SMS app but I do not agree. I clicked "use without chat features" but it kept popping up every 5 minutes.

Tell me how to stop this monstrosity.

PS: I didn't install anything new, no weird shyt, regular phone use like normal people.

I know what RCS is and yes you're right, I don't have a third-party apps for messaging except good ol' SMS.

Well as I said earlier, you can disable Google Messages with adb or App Freezer from the Play Store. App Freezer is a bit more of a pain, because you have to remove ALL of your accounts from the phone, & then make app freezer the device administrator temporarily.

I understand the annoyance & privacy concerns with smart phones, and I don't know if you use Google Maps etc, but privacy is pretty well gone, certainly for past usage. You can really only *TRY* to limit future exposure.

I understand about the privacy part but at least I can still control the private conversation as part of my life. I don't want them to shove me (more) ads based on my messaging content.

I don't want this service. It seems that I won't have a choice other than to scrap my Note 20 and get an iPhone. How could Samsung think this is a good idea. Every few minutes this thing pops up designed to get you to tap agree. I don't agree.
