What is your Google Play System Update at?

Under Biometrics and security > Google Play system update is still sitting at October 1, 2019 on my S9 while Android security patch level is now May 1, 2020

Have you tried the steps mentioned by @Shaggyskunk1?

If not try clearing Cache & Data for Software Update app by following the steps mentioned by @Shaggyskunk1.

Also, please try to check whether the Google play store is up to date or not.

Follow the below steps:

Touch and hold on Play store >> click on app info >> Check if any update is available.

Yes I followed the steps, no change. Anything else I can try? Play Store is latest

Actually Shaggy, that's not entirely true. If you go to apps, Google Play Store and uninstall its updates, you'll see the Google play system update entry line in Biometrics and Security will disappear

Sorry i really don't know, maybe you can reset your phone to factory maybe it will help but don't forget to save your phone data.

My Google Play Systemupdate is from August 1st 2020 and my Security Patch is also from the same date. I´m on a Galaxy S20 Plus.

Didn't you receive a September 1, 2020 update for the S20 Plus? My S9 play system update is now on July 1, 2020 still while my security update is September 1, 2020
