Where reserved for pre-order?

So another reason that Samsung forgot Canada 🇨🇦. Reserved to get 50$ and got the confirmation ,waited for Feb 9th to pre-order s22 series and the freebies mentioned Bud pro.Now when the times come to order website down,or crash, Trade-in up to 810$ not identifying required devices and best of all no freebies ,so Canada really left behinds

In Canada here. Happened on the first day launch of the pre-order page. Their website might've been getting heavy traffic, and I noticed I couldn't input my IMEI for the trade-in as well. It works perfectly fine now, and all the freebies are (should be) included within the pre-orders. If you're still not getting it, you should try to contact their customer support.

The $50 for accessorys was from Samsung.com - US so that is why you didn't get it in Canada

And what about the 200$ credits and the freebies...let me guess 🇺🇸 so if we are North America then Canada 🇨🇦, not part ....well so much TIGER for North America

Pixel 6 pro not holding up well, MKBHD switched from the s21 ultra to the pixel 6 pro and had to switch back to the s21 ultra since it was so buggy
