The feature is available in the settings for dual sim connectivity but it won't work. Same as why can't we select which sim to use for call, text, and data. All other regions have the option and Pixels which uses the same operating platform has it. Samsung has even gone above and beyond turning off any possibility of turning it on by disabling Public access to those settings, so app developers can't make it happen.
