I'm just wondering I played with my settings a few times turned on the alarm to ringing turned on the volume to ringing it sounds like it's ringing when I try it and then I'm late for work every day help!!
Just a heads up.. you can have do not disturbed turned on and allow alarms or certain contacts to go through so you don't get bothered by unwanted notifications while sleeping.
omg I have the same problem... it doesn't go off, my do not disturb thing I dont even use it... I'm so annoyed. I googled and tried so many things, nothing works. actually it only works if my phone is on loud but I dont want my phone on loud during the night. and this was never a problem before if it was on silent or vibrate , the alarm sound would still work but not anymore
Please check that Do Not Disturb is turned off or If you'd like, Do Not Disturb and alarm. you can set Alarm exceptions for the Do not disturb feature so that you never miss it. Follow the below steps:
Open Settings >> Tap Notifications >> Tap Do not disturb >> Tap Allow exceptions >> Tap Alarms to allow sound and vibrations from your scheduled alarms.
Also, Try the options provided by @Cassidy. and get back to us with the result.
