Galaxy ZOK I have been desperately trying to get the Z fold 3 with the promo via Samsung Canada online. I received an advanced registration promo code. I enter all the info and the order gets cancelled. NO reason why. I call customer support and they theorize that my billing address doesn't exactly match my shipping address. There is NO WAY I can have my order delivered to my billing address because it is a PO Box. However, Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy are all able to differentiate between my billing and shipping address. I have had my order cancelled 3x and the customer service guy on my 2nd call suggests I remove my PO box from my billing address to make the addresses the same. I well imagine that today I will yet again receive a cancelled order because my billing addy doesn't exactly match my Visa address. Oh btw I also tried to pay via Pay Pal which was also cancelled.
I think Samsung is just trying to d*** me out of the promotion products... NO one can help clear this up and you CANNOT order the product via phone. I also live in an isolated area so Samsung experience store is out of the question. I also want the promo that is offered online.
Can anyone help me???

Galaxy ZThey canceled my order because apparently there was a payment issue. I paid with paybright. But payment sent me a loan confirmation and agreement # and all. So everything went through correctly. But apparently not for Samsung.

Galaxy ZAnd yet no reply or help online other than a request for the order numbers. I am very saddened and discouraged by this. I wish I could somehow reach Samsung Canada CEO or have it reach Mr Koh.

Galaxy ZAnd yet now my 4th Order cancellation but this time (CA210818-27066541) they waited until the very end of business day on Friday so I can't do anything until monday. Nice....I am beginning to hate this company or at the very least, how they do online business.
OK I give up. Apple gets my business although I hate how this went down. I should not be denied the promo benefits by Samsung Canada online because they cannot get their algorithms in order.

However please ensure the Billing Information, including name and address, matches exactly that of your credit card information. Samsung doesn't accept PO boxes because there might be a chance for misplacement of the order. We request you to provide your complete physical address (No PO BOX) and place the order.
