I can find e voucher for buds and charger that should come with galaxy z flip 3  it's not under benefits and I was told to look under my offers but I can't find that on the website

Have you tried using Samsung Members app, or are you using the website?

Then I'd suggest that you contact Samsung using the number in the screen shot. 

Every time Samsung has a promotion, it's always a mess!

I'd suggest login to your Samsung account using your computer/desktop. I always have problems funding the e-vouchers when I'm using the app.

I've been calling everyone says something different but the issue was escalated do I guess we'll see

For a corporation, that's able to manufacture on a "nano" level, they seem to be a disaster on the macro level! 🙄

Fido online I purchased it August 30 but it went on back order and I received it september 17
