Could it be from having multiple user profiles on my phone? They're not just the apps I've downloaded from the app store. It is in SAMSUNG'S MY FILES>APK INSTALLATION FILES
is it from another app giving me a 2nd profile user, or something because it's I think ALL my apps on there.

If you don't recognize the .apks it wouldn't be a bad idea to delete them just to be sure. There are some apps out there that can install apks without your consent so just becarful when downloading new apps

Hi, we are sad to hear this issue. Due to the multiple user in one device this issue may occurs.

For fixing this issue, we request you to perform wipe cache partition on the device and check the issue.

This will not erase personal data on the phone. It deletes temporary cache files in the phone.

1) Turn off the device.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power key.

3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys ('Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).

4) Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “wipe cache partition.”

5) Press the Power key to select.

6) Press the Volume down key to highlight “yes” and press the Power key to select.

7) When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.

😎 Press the Power key to restart the device.

Clearing Cache will NOT remove any installation files.

Moderators SHOULD know that.. Rather than wasting someone's time...

They can just manually select the apk files & Delete them, by long Press on each apk & select "delete" if that is the only concern.

Better to delete your post. 😉

Those are just the apks of your apps, they just have the longer development file names instead of whatever it's called in the play store.
The apks are saved like that as part of Samsung cloud backup, it's done automatically on Samsung's unless you turned it off specifically.
