Galaxy ZI pre-ordered a new flip 4 last weekend. I used two e-vouchers and a cashback discount from my credit card company through back to school event at that time. However, Samsung cancelled my order for no reason last Monday. when I called the customer service to ask why Samsung canceled my order and they said that just place new order and they could not give me the e-vouchers because I already used it.
Does it make sense???
The cashback event from my credit card was already over and it didn't make sense for me , so I contacted Samsung via Chat. They said they would ask other department and just told me to wait. Also, they said they don't know if I'll ever get the vouchers again.
I don't know why they didn't apologize properly and they didn't give me e-vouchers back. I didn't want compensation, I asked for something that was taken for granted, but it seems that they can't really get their job done.

Galaxy ZHi,
When I called the customer center , they kept saying you can get a email from Samsung in 24 hrs. Four days have already passed. You guys don't know how many days it will take, is this a difficult task to solve? Samsung service seems to be getting worse and worse.
