Galaxy ZUndoubtedly, it's not logical, but it IS #SamSense™ lol
From other people's posts, if you were to cancel the order, then you will likely lose the e-Voucher, because as others have reported here, Samsung will consider the original e-Voucher "used" & no longer valid.
Is Samsung's Logistics / Business Model, really the definition of insanity?
You'll likely receive a reply, from a crestfallen Samsung Moderator, expressing their sympathies & providing you with a link to Samsung's online Shopping Team..

Galaxy ZIt's like if you go buy anything physically in any store... not just with Samsung.
I don't think if you go buy a laptop or TV at Bestbuy and then receive a coupon 2 days after, that you'll be able to just go redeem it with them.
It **bleep**, I know. But it is what it is. I am also losing out on it as I pre-ordered the fold 4 and even bought the buds 2 pro 🤷♂️

Galaxy ZOh, I thought that the Buds were also part of the Pre-Order Promotions, and it was the timing of receiving the email that was the issue?

Galaxy ZWhat other promo they had was buy a fold 4 or flip 4 and get the buds and/or watch at 50%.
And then a few days later, they sent another promo voucher for free buds when you buy fold 4 or flip 4.
Thus, forcing people to have to cancel what they already ordered to take advantage of that voucher... but lose the first one.
Personally, I don't want to go through the hassle of having to cancel and lose my first voucher so I'm not doing it.
Between the 100$ off and 50% off, I can say I only bought the buds for 50$ so it isn't too bad but it is annoying how samsung chooses to send vouchers only later. 😑 could've just sent all at once

Galaxy ZI've always felt, very strongly, that Samsung should do away with "vouchers" of any kind.
Instead, as SOON as Samsung has your money, automatically "attach" all the eligible vouchers & tag the purchase to the promotional items.. immediately.
Otherwise, it's a bit like a kid's game of, Samsung Hides & Consumer SEEKS to get the Promos.. They have already PAID for the product, don't make the customer play "Trick or Treat" 🎃

Galaxy ZAfter they realized that they could make more money by making people click to register for their unpacked (pretty sure they get paid by the amounts of clicks too) to get a voucher and they choose to send the vouchers later cause they know some people can't wait to pre-order right away and they'll potentially lose out on the vouchers. While others never knew to pre-register in the first place. It's all a scheme to make more money.
Now that I just called them out again, there goes my opportunity to be an ambassador 🤣

Galaxy ZAnother things that I don't understand is "you have to cancel the order, return the phone and re-order the same phone to get the free buds 2 pro" .
My point is, as they know you already purchased the phone, why they just linked to the existing order before shipment. In the situation they already shipped why they don't send it to your address?
