Z fold 4 5g issue

Hi all

Iam curious to know if anyone has same issue as mine...

I recently switched to bell from rogers...

Since switching to bell...I have issues with 5g...99% of time I either get LTE or even worse 3g...rarely see 5g...frequently switchs to lte...

I live in GTA and bell coverage map covers my region with 5g+

I never had any issues with rogers and the network coverage is stable...

Pls share if any similar experiences

It depends on the 5g antennas in your area and how far you are from it. Buildings around you might be reducing your signal strength.
My building installed 5g antennas on the roof last year so I always get 5g.

Hi, we suggest you to follow the below steps:

Please update your software.

Turn off any services you're not currently using.

Change your Voice and Data settings.

Turn airplane mode on and off.

Reset your network settings.

Manually re-select the network operator.

Have your phone checked for damage.

Please check if you have another phone that works with the same carrier, try inserting the SIM card into that phone and test it to see if it still have network problem, If it does.

You may need to get a replacement SIM card from your carrier.

So I'm having the same issue with my s22 ultra and my fold four, Bell's network is trash switching back to Rogers ASAP on a win back offer. The wind back offer I got was $75 for 50 GB unlimited US and Canada calling, they also assured me that the watches will be fixed and able to do number share by January

As far as I know Rogers is best in network stability and network crashes 😜in GTA
