My z fold 4 have a problem to fully open. Is a manufacturing defect? Anyone experienced the same problem? Is that fixable?

Hey, I had the same issue with my Fold 4. So, I went to the Samsung store, showed them the problem, and they replaced the inner display (including the frame and battery). After that, I sold it and upgraded to the S24 Ultra.

I utilized the Samsung care service during the initial complimentary one-year period, followed by an additional year of paid coverage.
