A change to sending photos?

Ok , so my wife has an iPhone and normally when I'm sending a photo, I turn my data on and attach the photo/screenshot as a MMS message. Well, last night when I was doing that I got what you see in the 3rd image below. The 2nd was me trying it again even with my data switch on. So I have some people that have Sansung devices and the 1st photo is what I see when I'm sending an image. He also uses the RCS messaging. Can someone explain if this is a new change that recently happened. I'm aware if the Link sharing through Quick Share when you need to send multiple or large files, but this was 1 single screenshot which I've sent as a MMS message severely times.

I have a A53 5G. 1st is the one I sent 1st, 2nd is testing it again even with data on, 3rs is the one I sent to a friend with a Samsung
