Having pre-ordered the Tab S8 Ultra on Feb 13th, there is a little mention that says the pre-orders start shipping on Feb 23rd. That's fine and all but what bothers me is that there is another mention that says "arrives on 23/02/2022"

If that isn't the case and there's a delay, please update the page or the order so that the real information is shown.

Any other website/platform/company can do that. Why can't you, Samsung?

Now my S22 Ultra says that it'll "arrive on 05/03/2022". I'm having doubts that the date shown there will be respected...

Both my orders are still stuck at the "processing" status. At least the S22 Ultra is in its customizing phase...

I have S22 ultra pre-ordered Feb 9 and website says delivery Feb 22. It is in processing and when I asked Sumsung they have no idea when is delivery date. I am sure it is not before May or even later. I regret pre-order. Sumsung always has delay and its costumer service is the worst.

I have also ordered the S22 ultra, which is supposed to arrive 2nd March and like you, my order was updated to the " Customising " phase.
I'll be pleasantly surprised if it arrives on that date. But stranger things have happened I guess.

I also agree that other websites/companies/platforms will give you " Current up-to-date status " on your order. Samsung Canada really should be ashamed of the after service they give or the lack of service lol but I guess it's only 2022, and we are in the dark ages.

Same confusion - pre-ordered Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra  Feb. 10, States start shipping from 23 Feb.  Status has been stuck in "Processing" ever since.

Thanks guys. Just want to say though that I pre-ordered the s23 ultra and to my surprise and pleasure it arrived within ten days
