I was reading some FAQs in Samsung Members about the battery when i found this. It doesn't really change anything, but it's still weird.

how can the battery level be displayed if the setting is disabled??

That setting either shows or doesn't show the battery percentage in the bar at the top of your screen😂

I hide the Samsung Battery Icon that's on the right side of the Status Bar altogether & instead use Battery Widget Reborn App, which shows the Battery Icon, with the percentage inside the battery icon, on the left side of the Status Bar.

Oh, is it possible that the battery percentage was enabled in quick star? That could explain why it is enabled in your status bar, but not in the menu!
