I have a UN65MU6290 SAMSUNG TV

I don't see it in the OK Apple List.  Or am I missing something?

We bought it from best Buy Dec 2018

So.....next option ...Can I use an Apple TV unit? (a black square unit)

If yes how do I set it Up ? I tried and nothing happened.

Hooked HDMI cable to TV /Apple "box"/cord from box to plug in wall.

Any help appreciated.
