I have questions

I just want to say, the questions I ask may seem dumb but I really want to know ok. Here goes.....

What is an ambassador? How do you become one? Do you need to be tech smart to be one? Or, can you be someone who just loves Samsung products?

I appreciate any and all feedback, good or bad. I can take criticism.

The last bunch of Ambassadors aparently became one because they bought a S21ultra and we haven't seen most since🤔
