How do you become a Samsung ambassador?

You are more likely to get chosen if you are active, really kiss up to them and supposedly help the community. The latter is questionable as I know there are longtime members here who deserve it but get brushed aside due to their outward blasts against Samsung and their questionable decisions. I happen to be in that category I suppose and without a doubt will never be one because of it. They don't like it when users dislike and openly express their opinions against them. Or point out their apparent flaws with cut/paste useless replies. Despite being more helpful in community support than Samsung themselves. 🙄

I see, I don't post often, I try my best to only post if I think the community will benefit from it. I rarely ask for help too, mainly cause I just google beforehand lol.

As for "sucking up". I only give praise where praise deserves to be given, that being said though I do like what they do most of the time.

I've been a member since 2017. Was active at start but just not a fanboy anymore with how Samsung is making their phones worse

ya I don't think Samsung will ever make me an ambassador. simply because of some of the feed back I've given over the years about some of the decisions they made about products and services.

From what I have observed ambassadors are chosen from people that were also chosen to go on a free trip to unpacked events

Well, I was chosen once to attend the Unpack event of the Note 10 in 2019. Unfortunately, I had to pass on that due to work (unable to take the time off during that period). And this was a time when I was more active in trying to help the community and had not bad-mouthed Samsung. Of course, I started to bad mouth them with the start of the Note 10. With that, I know I lost my chances of being chosen as a future ambassador.

What I was reffering to is everyone of them that I can think of went to an unpacked event so got to meet with the people running Samsung Members so possibly got picked because of who they knew
