OthersI am livid with Samsung. It’s going to be almost 2 months since I’ve been without a fridge. Initially they were supposed to fix my fridge by replacing a part. After telling me that the part was delivered on a Friday, the following Monday I was told that they didn’t have the part and that they could replace my unit with another one. However, they did not have that unit in stock so they offered a refund. I chose to accept the refund. I sent all documentation and pictures that they requested and waited for my Citi bank link. After receiving my link I chose Zelle as my payment, it came back as rejected and I was told to update my payment method. I updated my payment method to Paypal, and it said it was rejected due to an exception. I called Samsung “coincidentally” they stopped partnering with PayPal. So I updated my refund method to DD. After waiting the specified time period I called Samsung again as I had not received my refund. I was told that I would need a new Citibank link in order to receive my refund via DD. I waited the specified time to receive the link and nothing happened, so I called Samsung again. This time I was told that I didn’t need a new Samsung link and that my situation was being investigated. Again. I asked to speak with someone else and I was told that there was no one else to speak to. I am livid. It shouldn’t take two months to receive a refund. I shouldn’t keep getting different answers every time I call Samsung for a resolution. This is by far the worst experience I ever had with a refund. Not to mention all the food that was spoiled due to my refrigerator breaking down and all the money I have had to dish out on buying food everyday due to lack of a refrigerator. In which I honestly believe I should be reimbursed for all of that. I’m starting to think it’s a scam and I am starting to lean towards getting a lawyer involved.

OthersUltimately, the court found Apple "was correct in what it claimed about how slowing down the iPhone helped with preserving the overall life of a battery." -appleinsider
There will probably be another copy lawsuit to other tech companies later on. Won't be surprised.

OthersNo. Not in Canada. This is in the states. I am going through my warranty on the component. I initially wanted them to simply fix my fridge, however I was informed that the part was lost in the mail. They offered a refund and it’s been a very difficult process.

OthersAlso I asked to speak with a manager and I was told that I couldn’t speak with a manager, as their managers/supervisors are only their to monitor how phone calls are accrued out and not to actually assist in solving the issue.

OthersIt may not have been true for you, but it is currently true for me. As for the refund choices, there was a Citibank link that they gave me and there were several refund choices to choose from.
