I get a blank page when logging into my Samsung account.  Tried from my desktop and tablet.  Tried browsers firefox edge and chrome.  Tried on on-line chat support with no success.

Can you post a screen shot of this, the login page before it goes blank? 

Did you try using Samsung Internet Browser? 

Seeing as how to said you get the same result from your desktop, clearing cache & data for your phone's browser wouldn't likely help. 

Internet connection is solid? 

Tried Rebooting? 

No issues navigating anywhere else?

Screen comes up blank immediately.  Tried Samsung internet browser.  Tried rebooting, changing password and 4 tries with Samsung chat support.  This is the web address on blank screen:

Working fine for me. No issues with Logging in either. 

Any new Firewalls, VPN etc?

Tried disabling VPN and ad blockers.  Only site I am having problems with.  Also received an email that a new purchase was registered but I can't see it. Only a blank page.

You're trying to login with the correct account?

Any errors on the website? 

If you're using WiFi, switch off WiFi & try using Cell Data instead to login.

Tried cell phone with no wifi, same problem. 

I can always get to the account signin page and enter my email and password but blank page still comes up.  Tried registering as a new client but I get "User Already Exists".

I found something!!  Your last reply give me an idea and I tried logging in at the Samsung USA site and found all my info. (Samsung.com, not Samsung.ca).  My account information shows me as in Canada.  I'm OK with that.  Thank you so much for your assistance.
