can't send or receive mms through text.

Needs to be Mobile Data on. Doesn't work with just WI Fi on

Hi @originlady, as the other members have pointed out you need mobile data turned on to receive MMS. If this doesn't solve the issue you'll likely need to contact your provider as to why you're not receiving messages. Thanks!
