issues with receiving pics and video thru texts on A51

Anyone else having issues with receiving pics and video thru text messaging?  Had this phone for 2 weeks and already having issues with it.

Also finding apps it came with are no longer compatible with the phone.

I don't have a 100% answer here. But make sure your data is on. If data is off, there is a chance that you cannot receive MMS on Samsung Message app.

Please make sure that the mobile data is enabled on the device to send pictures and Videos via the messaging app. Also, make sure that Wi-fi is OFF. If you are still unable to send the pictures and videos, I suggest you to check with the carrier.

even if u don't have data with ur phone plan, u have to enable data to download pic and vid msgs

use a 3rd party app like whatsapp the picture and video quality doesn't suffer
