Hi, I request you to please perform Safe Mode on the device and check the issue again.

To enter Safe Mode, please perform the following:

First, completely power off the phone.

Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume down key.

If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen.

If "Safe Mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above. Once you are in Safe Mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues on your phone.

To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your phone and it will reboot normally.

Important: When you exit Safe Mode, some of your customization options (wallpapers, themes, etc.) may be reset to default.

How can I know that that app caused an issue on the phone when in safemode?

I did some tests. QS works when sending PDF, XLSX and DOCX...etc. It only not working when sending JPG files. The problem sometimes cause the receiving phone frozen up. Need to close the QuickShare app from background in order to unfreeze the phone.

I tried my s23 ultra to send to another phone this time it's s21 standard. It's working fine either sender or receiver. I encountered the problem when I tried to send or receive with the s21 fe, so maybe the problem is with the s21 fe phone.

Found a workaround here. Go to apps -> Quick Share -> 3 dots on top right -> Uninstall update

I can send jpg files again 😎

Yeah but when I update it again it goes back to the same problem. Maybe samsung should release an update to this to fix. Maybe the last update was buggy.

For the time being, revert to the working version & don't update the app until you see a different version available from what version isn't working.
