For exporting or sharing content, you can consider manually sharing the URLs through email or other sharing methods.
You can also sync your bookmarks (including saved pages) to your Samsung account, and then access them on another device or browser that supports Samsung Internet sync, like Chrome on a desktop.
Go to Settings > Samsung Cloud > Sync with Samsung Internet.

OthersHowever, you can only sync less than 1 Gb (if "saved pages" constitutes more than 1 Gb then you can do nothing)
