Most of the time, if you can't delete a message, it's an issue with your carrier or its service. I suggest you contact the carrier and get the information. If you have recently changed carriers but kept using the same phone, you may need to contact your current carrier for assistance reprogramming the phone for their service.
i have been with the same provider for awhile now. i just did get a new phone though not sure if that has anything to do with it. i did transfer all my contacts from my old phone onto my new one so npt sure why that is showing up like that
As said by Cjpro84, try moving the contacts from sim to phone if you have any contacts saved on the sim card and check if that solved your issue. Also, please let us know with the information provided by the carrier.
