Fingerprint recognition not working with screen protector

I have an S23 ultra. The fingerprint recognition  doesn't work with glass screen protectors....

Will Samsung fix this?

What brand of glass screen protector did you use?

Whitestone Dome Tempered Glass screen protectors WORK with Samsung's Ultrasonic Finger Print Scanner. If you purchased some cheap one, that doesn't use edge to edge liquid adhesive, that's on you, not Samsung.

you one suggesting to purchase have a decent thickness for
protection purposes? Also, do you have
an S23 ultra with one on ?

Get a Whitestone Dome Tempered Glass screen protector from Amazon Canada. Toss the one you purchased in the trash.

Have you tried deleteng your fingerprints and add a new fingerprints?

I can't even
add my fingerprint since the screen protector Is on...

I see yup the screen protector is not compatible for s23 fingerprint scanner.. whitestone dome glass is about $50 on amazon.. installation is kinda complicated but doable scary at first.. if you're getting it be sure to register it to their website for warranty.. and also there is other screen protector such as AM Film cheaper than whitestone..
