FORCR RESTART ALL APP (ANDROID SYSTEM WEB VIEW?!)

After updating (idk) android system webview or samsung game optimizing srrvice, my apps always force restart after minutes. Like when playing Mobile legends it always restart in battle or even home screen. I wait for some minutes to check on home screen, just waiting...and restart?! (Temperature normal) Clash royale app wont open stuck in loading screen. Waze close after some minutes. Spotify also. Ive already uninstalled update for a.system webview and clear data for s.game optimizing service, and even flash with ODIN

Settings》 device maintenance》 top three points》 advanced》 disable automatic restart
