OthersHi, we kindly request you to check for the updates for both the devices.
You can also try clear cache and data on your Bluetooth app and check if your problem is solved.
Open Settings app >> Tap Apps >> tap the Bluetooth app >> Tap Storage >> Tap Clear cache and then clear data. If you clear the data it will reset the app to its default. Restart the device and check for the problem.
