Anyone ever get suspended and not been able to connect to fido when trying ro make payment arrangements?

I think you need to get up and walk into the closest Fido store, because clearly there is an issue, they will be able to bring up your account, reprogram your phone or get you the help you need, unless you aren't the account holder....
