It a Samsung app that offers advice and guidance to Samsung owners whether it's a mobile device or an appliance T.V.'s anything that's a Samsung product by other members and Samsung.
Hi, adding to what Echo1 has said, it seems that the app provides community, benefits, and customer service functionalities in one place. I find the community part ok in that I can ask questions regarding Samsung products and services and seek opinions of other members.
If you have any questions or techncial issues with your Samsung Device, feel free to post in here, and one of the members or Samsung mods will help you out!
There are also some cool contests and giveaways peridically so watch out for those in the benefits tab
