Missing Samsung Internet Browser on new TV

I just purchased a Samsung 43" TV UN43N5300AF and I'm really disappointed

Where did the browser go? 

There are a number of apps not available either that I have on another Samsung I purchased 3 months ago.  

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you so much!!!  That fixed it.  Too bad the store hadn't suggested that.  They wanted to charge me $75 to come and fix it.

Hi, please check that you do have the latest software version on your TV.

 To get this sorted, let's try a Smart Hub Reset.

Go to Home >> Settings >> Support >> Self Diagnosis >> Reset Smart Hub.
