Hopefully they will not be sharing any more of their intelligence here if they got banned. Hopefully they don't keep coming back like another pain we have experienced on here
With contacting his credit card company and getting them on his side and reversing charges I am pretty sure Samsung finally had to take the matter seriously and do something to solve the problem 🤔
Samsung didn't do jack..he got a credit from Visa. Thats all I know so far since I messaged him, maybe something better happened after. CS su..cks... big time
