I have a Galaxy A51. My phone automatically mutes itself and switches to dark mode without me knowing about it. So if I don't check it constantly, I won't even know that it is on mute...I talked to a tech support online yesterday and he connected remotely to my phone and said he fixed it. But again today the phone did the same thing.  I have had this phone for a couple of years and it never used to do this before. I tried to contact the tech support again and they didn't take my call due to high volume. I don't know what to do.. does anyone know how to fix this issue.

This may be a night time setting that you may have toggled on by mistake. You may want to check the digital wellbeing setting and go into the sub category of bedtime. Hope this helps!

2.Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume down key.

3.If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen. If "Safe Mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above.
