This just started close to the weekend for my wife's calendar. No longer updating, removed and added her account, tried Samsung and Google calendars. Her account profile picture shows as active on the calendar itself, right beside mine but none over her calendar events are showing.

UPDATE: Decided to see that if I removed my calendar that her's would take over as the primary. Didn't work and now my calendar is gone (not sync'd) either. For the mods/developers, whatever change was done on your last maintenance window for the fridge, I'm guessing it has had unplanned impact.

"Hi, please follow the below steps and get back to us with the results. Using the power switch in the top right door, turn the Family Hub panel off, wait two minutes, and then turn it on again. Open and close the door. Check the View Inside image (using the refrigerator, not the app) to see if it has refreshed. If the image still does not refresh after performing these steps multiple times, perform a factory reset (Settings > About Family Hub > Factory Data Reset) and try again.

If the image on the refrigerator does not update after multiple attempts and a factory reset was performed, visit our Support Center to request service. Try to reestablish the sync between accounts. On the refrigerator, go to Settings > Profile and select the main profile (the top left). Remember which Samsung account is in use (this may be different than the one that's on the phone), and then tap Sign out. Read and accept the warning. Go to Settings > Profile again and sign back into the same Samsung account that the main profile was using. You will have the option to restore your data or erase it. If you do not want to restore your data, you can use a different Samsung account. Check the Samsung account that you're using on your phone, and make sure that one of the profiles on the fridge is connected to that Samsung account. (It does not have to be the main profile.) On your phone, log out and back into the Samsung account, and then check if the sync problem is resolved.

If the sync issue continues, uninstall the Family Hub app, download it again, and then check again to see if the issue is resolved."

Hi. I just wanted to leave this comment to help anyone else with this issue. My calendar stopped synching and would give a message that I was disconnected from the server. I turned off the family hub. Turned it back on and my calendar was working great! The recommend trick was a success. Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback. I turned off the switch for two minutes and when I turned it back on our calendars are synced again. Thank you
