Which device do you have & are you using a US SIM?

If you have the S21 Ultra model number (SM-G998U/U1) with a US SIM & you joined the US Beta through the US Samsung Members, you should have been able to get the Beta.

I have S20 Ultra SM-988U1 but my SIM is in Canada

Beta hasn't even started yet for the S20 Ultra SM-G988U/U1, but when it does, You'd have to register/enroll for it with Samsung Members US & Insert a US SIM... Or Flash it manually.

Yes, it seems that Canadian techie types need to jettison Samsung, not only for their inability to service their products as they do in other, more lucrative parts of the globe, but also for limited iterations of their otherwise excellent hardware (e.g., Galaxy Book series). Love that about Google and Apple: Canadians get what they see/want. My next phone is the Pixel 6 Pro. Stalk Android, instant updates here I come!!
