Good afternoon all , I ordered a fold 4 on Aug 12th with the pre order and I paid vs paybright.. I didn't write down my order confirmation ... So fast forward today I have no received an email from Samsung with my order and my order is not showing up on the SPC portal of Samsung's page or the normal Samsung page... I did however get an email from paybright confirming my loan amount... Anyone else in this boat ? Its like I never ordered it at all...
I'm in the same boat as you. I pre-ordered on Aug 11th and got confirmation and agreement from Paybright. But still nothing from Samsung. I took a screenshot of my order # and when I try to go track it, it says invalid order number.
Argh frustrating isn't it ! Atleast you got the screen shot .. I contact the support team but they have been little help so far...... Slightly worried we might have to deal with paybright to not pay for an item we never got ...
I doubt that's gonna happen cause I've dealt with Paybright already before. Never had that issue. I think the issue is on Samsung's side. They just aren't updating their database. I also contacted customer support and they only answered me that paybright has to do a credit check to make sure I'm eligible and once they confirm, Samsung will confirm the order... I was like umm... Paybright sent me my confirmation already so yeah... we should already have our emails... but who knows **bleep** is happening... I can just assume that our shipments will be delayed like crazy!
