Problem with apps

Please can anyone help me..🙏🏻

●I have a problem with Whatsapp. When i want to backup my chats, the backup uploading always stucks and is not complete!

It stucks at 85% or 90%, and sometimes the unloading process restart by itself.

I tried all the suggestions that Whatsapp wrote in their pages, but it didn't help at all!

So is this a software problem or what?

●another problem i have in the Mega app 

When i use VPN or even just turn off the Wi-Fi for a moment, the downloaded progress restart from 0MB!

It restarted again and again!

What should i do?

Can anyone help me?

Note:Both apps are in their latest versions.

Hi, please check that an active Google account is linked to your WhatsApp. To do this, go to its Settings > Chats > Chat Backup and tap on the “Account” section. Ensure you have an active account or switch to another account from here.

Also, make sure your device has enough storage, then delete the app and try to restore your backup again.

For the Mega app issue, please disconnect and reconnect to VPN. Restart your device. Try a different internet connection (if you are on Wi-Fi, try mobile data).
