Just purchased a Q70T. I feel I’ve been fooled. This does not look HD at all or am I missing something. How do I turn it to 1080P? I’m ready to take it back and get an LG.
hello.. i have q80r Samsung TV... what seems to be the problem? the new Q70T is also good tv with 4k resolution and qled technology.
the tv resolution might be also affected by input signal such as your cable tv, the channel you're watching.. if you're viewing on YouTube or Netflix rember internet connection is a factor too..
this is my settings on picture 1. my intelligent mode is on 2. picture mode is always on movie 3. color tone is set to cool 4. automotion plus is set to on
just in case you're still not satisfied please call the store where you bought it or ask for replacement or refund...
why do you like to put it on 1080p if it can upscale to 4k? if you're watching on youtube remember you can set your YouTube to up to 4k resolution.. please give us more info about the problem. thank you..
I think @gokongming is driving you down the right road but check at the stop sign in your settings/display and make sure the resolution is set where you prefer to purrrrr
