Can someone help me fix this problem with my phone. I have the original adapter and cable, i even tried my cousin's charger he has note 9, i only got cable charging and it says 7hrs to full charge. I tried safe mode, clear cache and all, still not working. Help please. Thanks!

Inspect the USB Charging Port on your device for damage or debris - You could also try the Interactive Tests here on the Samsung Members app - Open Samsung Members - Click on "Help" - Interactive Checks - Charger/USB & view the results of the Test.

Hey @ozom,

Please check your charging port and also perform interactive checks as mentioned by @Shaggyskunk1, and also make sure that Fast charging option is enabled.

Follow the below steps:

Unplug the USB cable >> Open Settings  >> Device care >> Click on Battery >> Tap on Charging >> Fast Wireless Charging and Fast Charging over the cable. Here you can enable or disable the Fast Charging.

I had this issue before and had to get my charging port replaced. When plugged, my phone would spontaneously detect the fast charger a d charge fast, but then charge super slowly and show "7h".

Your S10+ Might still be under warranty - Depending on when you got it - As for where - An Authorized Samsung Service Centre would be best! As for the cost if it's not still under warranty - Guessing somewhere between $40 - $100 roughly..

*NOTE*If the USB Charging Port appears to have "physical damage" Samsung's warranty is a pita!
